Pro Tools sessions may be shared through Avid Link. Consolidated WAV files must all begin at the same starting point. Additional file preparation or correction may affect the final quote.

Flexible payment structures make larger projects more manageable while keeping payments aligned with the progress of the work.
Standard Milestone Payments
Larger Project Plans
Mixing projects: 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due before final file delivery.
Single-song production: 40% deposit to begin, 30% when production is substantially complete, and the final 30% due before delivery.
A 25% project deposit secures the schedule. The remaining balance may be divided into monthly or per-song payments aligned with production progress.
Custom extended plans are available for qualifying larger projects.
Deposits are nonrefundable because they reserve production and studio time. Work and delivery follow the agreed payment schedule, and final high-resolution files are released after the account is paid in full.
